One one side is the “Moisturize” end which includes antioxidants and moisturizers. This formula is specially designed for long-lasting hydration to help "give lips a fuller and smoother appearance." Okay, I notice my lips feel soft and smooth when I use this, but I haven't noticed them looking "fuller". According Chapstick:

My Experience With Chapstick Hydration Lock Moisture and Renew:
My lips usually get very chapped during season changes as the weather transitions between Summer and nearly-constant rain (I live in the Northwest). My new ChapStick® Dual-ended Hydration Lock Moisturize and Renew came just in time! My lips were a little chapped when the Moisture and Renew arrived and are not anymore. I think the packaging is very sleek and attractive and the product seems effective.The balm fits neatly in a purse, I think it is a little longer than other balms I tried. My favorite thing about Hydration lock is it allows me to carry two lip balm products for ease of application and convenience.
I recommend this as an effective lip balm. I enjoy the convenience of being able to carry two lip balm products in one.
